Toy hauler r.v. with tie downs, properly maintained has common refrigerator, queen size bed above loading area, water/black water tanks with external shower. numerous storage areas around trailer, tires moderately new with good amount of tread, batteries new, hot water heater, and two 7 gal. propane tanks.
